Utilizing 3D modeling software we design products that fit the intended form and function as well as stand the test of time for the life of the structure. We have over a century of combined knowledge and can help guide you through the process step by step.

FABRICATION

Welding, brazing and forming to shape metals into almost any configuration.

REPLICATION & RESTORATION

Our true love is maintaining the overall design esthetic of a structure and we believe that the original hardware is usually the most appropriate and should be maintained to remain relevant for modern function and safety. We are able to replicate most any historic design as well as restore existing pieces.

PATTERN & FOUNDRY

From 3D scanning and printing to the final casting we offer latex and aluminum injection mold tooling for lost-wax casting that gives us the highest detail possible as well as traditional sand if desired.

MACHINING

Our CAD/CAM capabilities combine current CNC technology with traditional manual machines.

FINISHING

Whether it’s a satin, polished or patinated finish we can provide you with the finished appearance you are looking for. We have a full range of machinery to meet your requirements. We also offer anodizing, electroplating and powder coatings and were the first in the industry to offer ceramic coatings.
